§1 Scope (1) For your order, the following terms and conditions of ALOE INFO CENTER SL | Shopping Center • La Sandía | Local D-7 | Avenida de Alemania N° 3 • Local P-5 | ES-35100 Playa del Ingles in the version in force at the time of the order. (2) Any conditions deviating from these conditions are only valid if they have been confirmed in writing by ALOE INFO CENTER SL.
§2 Conclusion of contract (1) Our information on goods and prices within the ordering process are subject to change and non-binding. With your order you make a binding offer; this offer is accepted by ALOE INFO CENTER SL, as and when we assign an order number to the offer. In particular, until this time, we have the right to refrain from delivering the goods offered in the event of their unavailability. Only with the acceptance of the offer a right to delivery of the goods arises.
§3 cancellation policy
You can cancel your contract within 14 days without giving reasons in writing (eg letter, e-mail) or - if the case before the deadline - by returning the goods. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in writing, but not before receipt of the goods at the recipient (in the case of recurrent delivery of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and not before fulfillment of our information obligations under Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 para 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our obligations according to § 312e Abs. 1 Satz 1 BGB in connection with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. To maintain the cancellation period, the timely dispatch of the revocation or the thing is sufficient.

consequences of Withdrawal
In the case of an effective cancellation, the mutually received benefits and any benefits (eg interest) surrendered. If you can not give us back the service received in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you may have to pay us compensation. This does not apply to the surrender of goods if the deterioration of the item is solely attributable to its examination - as would have been possible in a shop, for example. For a deterioration caused by the intended use of the thing, you do not have to pay any compensation.
Transportable items are to be returned at our risk. You have to bear the costs of the return, if the delivered commodity corresponds to the ordered and if the price of the thing to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 euros or if you at a higher price of the thing at the time of the revocation still not the consideration or a contract agreed partial payment. Otherwise, the return is free for you. Non-parcels are picked up at your place. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of your revocation or the thing, for us with their receipt.
§4 Price (1) Prices are inclusive of value added tax and, in the absence of any other agreement, are valid from ALOE INFO CENTER SL | Shopping Center • La Sandía | Avenida de Alemania N° 3 • Local P-5 | ES-35100 Playa del Ingles without freight and shipping costs, packaging and insurance. Additional customs duties and customs treatment costs shall be borne by the customer for deliveries abroad. (2) Up to an order value of EUR 100.00 we charge for packaging and transport with Hermes parcel shipping Germany-wide EUR 4.50 flat rate per order in advance. | Paypal | Credit Card | Cash on delivery additional EUR 4.60 COD charge. Cash on delivery only takes place within Germany. From a value of EUR 100.00 we ship free shipping. In the case of COD shipments, there are additional costs of EUR 4.60.
Delivery with Hermes Parcel shipment to the countries of the EU: 9.90 Euro flat rate per order.

The delivery as well as the calculation of your order takes place without the German VAT. Please note that the delivery takes place in a non-EU-foreign countries, it
additional duties, taxes or fees may be payable by the customer, but not to the sender, but to the customs or
Tax authorities. We recommend asking for details before ordering from the customs or tax authorities of your country.
§5 Payment (1) An order is only possible against payment in advance, Pay Pal, credit card or cash on delivery. (2) In advance, you will get to
Task of your order from ALOE INFO CENTER an order confirmation with our account data. Please transfer the total amount within 7 working days to the specified account. (3) Cash on delivery you can easily pay the invoice amount on receipt of the goods to the Hermes Paketboten.
§6 Delivery / Delayed Delivery (1) Unless otherwise agreed, the delivery will be made to the address specified by the purchaser.
(2) Deliveries are made from Germany by the company: ALOE VERSAND CENTER | WILLI PEER | Geltinger Str. 33 | 82515 Wolfratshausen | Germany (3) If ALOE INFO CENTER is not in a position to deliver the ordered goods without our own fault, because our supplier does not fulfill its contractual obligations, we are entitled to rescind the orderer. In this case, the purchaser will be informed immediately that the ordered product is not available. The legal rights of the customer remain unaffected.
§7 Liability for defects (1) If there is a defect in the purchased item, the customer may demand supplementary performance (removal of defects or replacement). If the supplementary performance fails, the purchaser can withdraw from the contract, reduce the purchase price or claim damages in the case of a not insignificant defect. The assignment of these claims of the purchaser is excluded. (2) If the subsequent performance is carried out by means of a replacement delivery, the customer is obliged to return the goods delivered first within 30 days to ALOE VERSAND CENTER | WILLI PEER | Geltinger Str. 33 | 82515 Wolfratshausen to send. If the goods are not received by us within this period, ALOE INFO CENTER SL is entitled to demand compensation for the goods delivered first. The limitation period is thirty-six months, calculated from delivery. (3) Already opened products can not be taken back for hygienic reasons!
